overnight oats!

Overnight oats are THE BEST! If you haven't tried them, you should definitely give them a shot!
They can be made ahead of time, they are healthy & delicious, and when you wake up in the morning BREAKFAST IS READY!



Mix the following ingredients together in a mason jar or sealed container and refrigerate overnight!

1/3 cup of oats
1/2 cup plain full fat yogurt
1/3 cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
1.5 tsp chia seeds

**optional- a sprinkle of ground flax or hemp seeds

Then add whatever fruit combination you want to the oat mixture!




Peanut Butter Banana 
half a banana & 1 tsp of organic peanut butter

Apple Cinnamon 
half an apple, peeled & finely chopped
sprinkle of cinnamon

Blueberry Lemon 
1/4 cup of blueberries, smooshed or halved (frozen or fresh)
juice from 1/2 a lemon
sprinkle of lemon rind
1 tsp pure maple syrup

Raspberry Coconut
1/4 cup of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1.5 tsp unsweetened coconut

Peach Cobbler
1/2 a peach, peeled & finely chopped
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pina Colada
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped
1.5 tsp unsweetened coconut
*optional- substitute half or all of your regular milk for coconut milk

Strawberry Rhubarb
1/4 cup fresh rhubarb, finely chopped
6 medium strawberries, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract OR 1 tsp pure maple syrup

Carrot Cake
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp allspice
1/2 to 1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
1 tbsp finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Key Lime 
juice & rind from 1 large lime
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp unsweetened coconut

 The great thing about overnight oats is there is no right or wrong when it comes to ingredients! You can literally add anything you want!
