Dairy free AND sugar free Banana Raspberry Bread

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 large mashed bananas
1/2 cup defrosted frozen (or fresh) raspberries (you could also use blueberries)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1. preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients and make a well in the centre of the bowl
3. In a small bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients together
4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Do not overmix! Stir just until moist.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan (or a pan lined with parchment paper) and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre of the loaf.
