Overnight Oats

Banana Overnight Oats

A delicious & easy make-ahead breakfast, packed with protein! 


1/2 a banana, mashed
1/2 cup plain full fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup quick oats
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk!)
2 tsp of chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon

-mix all ingredients together 
-store in a sealed container overnight 

You can make these overnight oats with any fruit that baby enjoys. Sometimes we use a grated apple instead of a banana!
