Meal planning & cooking have really become a hobby for me over the last few months. Eating healthy & nutritious meals is important to me. There's nothing better than sitting down with Lillian and watching her enjoy a home cooked meal! No matter how busy you are, you have to eat- so why not get creative and have a little fun with your food?

If you haven't checked out Baby-Led Weaning  by Gill Rapley & Tracey Murkett, you should do so! This book was very inspiring to us when we began our BLW adventure!
